A 501(c) nonprofit supporting first responders and the communities they serve.
Dedicated to empowering emergency responders and the communities they serve
The Mobile Rescue Center (MRC) of the State Emergency Services of Ukraine is the national Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) team dedicated to rescuing victims trapped in building collapses. Certified by the United Nations International Search and Rescue Advisory Group (INSARAG) as a heavy rescue team in 2014, and recertified in 2019, the MRC has an incredible resource of highly trained rescuers but lacks sufficient equipment to address the catastrophic conditions brought on by the Russian invasion. The Firefighter Rescue Network is currently working to supply the specialized equipment needed to leverage the expertise of the MRC rescuers.

It includes areas to practice building collapse searches, stabilizing damaged buildings, high angle rescue, vehicle extractions, railway emergencies, hazardous materials incidents, and search dog training.
