Firefighter Rescue Network
After the start of the Ukrainian-Russian conflict in 2022, Captain Touche Howard and Donna Thibedeau formed the Firefighter Rescue Network as a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization to help first responders.
Our current missions are:
- Supporting Ukrainian first responders including search and rescue dogs
- Equine-assisted learning for first responder stress management
- Promoting first-responder physical and mental health
